1. Can you fill my US prescription?
Yes we can, once our Canadian licensed physician reviews and approves of your prescription under his/her medical license. All prescriptions are dispensed by one of our fully licensed partner drug stores.

2. What do I need to have to place a drug store order?
All you need is a valid prescription written by a qualified physician licensed where you obtained the prescription.

3. How do I place a prescription drug order?
Ordering is easy. All you need is a valid prescription from your US physician. Once you have this, simply call us and place your order. You will need to fax your prescription to us. Upon receipt, your order will be processed and shipped immediately. Prescriptions can also be mailed to us.

4. Can you ship to the U.S.?
Yes. We service all 50 states.

5. Is it safe to order prescriptions through your company?
Absolutely. It is as safe as having your prescriptions filled at your local drug store. The only difference is in the price - prescriptions through our drug store are much cheaper. Your prescription is reviewed by a licensed physician, and once approved, is forwarded to our licensed drug store so that it may be filled.

6. How large a supply of my medication can I buy?
You may only order as much as your U.S. physician prescribes for you. Also, all prescription shipments are limited to a maximum 90-day supply per medication. Thus, if your drug store order is for a one-year supply, we will ship you a 90-day supply once every three months. Note: It is permissible to issue 100 tab/capsule quantities under this restriction.

7. Should I tell my doctor that I'm having my prescriptions filled by a Canadian drug store?
You don't have to, but we recommend that you do. In fact, you can have your doctor call us if there are any questions.

8. What are ALL the costs associated with placing a drug store order?
For each order placed, your total charges include the cost of the medications plus shipping and handling fees for each package sent.

9. How do Canadian drugs compare to American drugs in terms of safety and effectiveness?
The Canadian government has very strict requirements for the manufacturing of medication in Canada. These requirements are very similar to the requirements in the US. In fact, some of the drugs sold in Canada are actually manufactured in the US and repackaged for sale in Canada. Generic medications are all manufactured in Canada under Canada's stringent requirements.

10. Once I place my prescription order, how long does it take for me to receive my medications?
You should expect to receive your drug store order within 8-12 business days from the date your order is received. To avoid delays, please fax all your original prescriptions to us, and use a credit card as your method of payment.

11. Are all the drugs available in the United States also available in Canada?
No. Not all drugs available in the US are available in Canada.

12. What's the difference between generic drugs and brand name drugs?
When a drug company first invents a drug (i.e. Prozac) that company is the only one allowed to make that drug for a certain number of years (approximately 10 years in the US and 5-7 years in Canada). After this time period, other companies are allowed to make the same drug. These drugs are called generics. The original drug (i.e. Prozac) is called a brand name drug. Brand name drugs and their generics are identical in terms of active ingredients. The generic pills may look different (because they are made by a different company) but inside is exactly the same active ingredient, which works in exactly the same way. The only difference between brand name drugs and generic drugs is that generics are always less expensive.

13. What guidelines do your company and its partner Canadian drug stores follow in filling prescriptions?
Once your prescription from your U.S. doctor have been received by our office, we will forward it to a Canadian licensed doctor so that he/she may review patient profile and approve your prescription under his/her license. If our doctor has any questions concerning your medical history or prescription, you or your prescribing physician will be contacted directly.

Your prescription drugs will be filled as written. The name and strength as written on the prescription will be dispensed. However, our affiliated licensed drug stores will substitute U.S. approved generic drugs for brand name drugs when available unless your U.S. physician indicates on the prescription that no substitutions are allowed, or unless you indicate to us that you do not want substitutions made. Please Note: Our affiliated licensed drug stores will NOT fill prescriptions for narcotics or other controlled substances such as benzodiazepines.

14. Why are prescription drugs so much cheaper in Canada than in the US?
There are four main reasons for this. Firstly, in Canada, the government regulates the prices that pharmaceutical companies can charge for their drugs. Secondly, due to more lenient patent laws, Canada offers more generic drugs (i.e. equivalent substitutes) than the US. Third, the US dollar is much stronger than the Canadian dollar, which gives Americans additional buying power. And fourth, taxes are not charged for orders being sent out of Canada.

15. What if you don't have the medication I need?
If we don't have your specific brand of medication, we'll see if an equivalent substitute is available.

16. Do you charge a fee to have your licensed physician review and cosign my prescription?
No, we do not. The only thing we charge you is the cost of the medications, and shipping and handling for each package shipped to you.

17. What currency are your prices quoted in?
All prices are quoted in United States dollars.

18. Do your drug stores charge a dispensing fee on top of the price of the drug?
No. The drug prices listed on our website already include the pharmacy's dispensing fee.

19. What do you charge for shipping on prescription orders?
Our standard shipping and handling fee is $10.99 per package per order, not per drug. This means you can have multiple drugs in a single order, but only pay a single shipping fee. Also, husband and wife orders sent in together and shipped to the same address are charged only a single shipping fee.

20. Once I place my order, can I cancel it?
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't yet been sent to our licensed drug store to be filled. Once filled, cancellations or refunds will not be possible. A cancellation fee of $20.00 may apply.

21. How do you ship my medications to me?
All orders are shipped using Canada Post's Xpresspost - USA Shipping Service, a combination of Canada Post's Express Mail service, USPS's Priority Mail service and express mail services from other countries. As well, orders can be tracked using a tracking number provided by the various mail services. Once shipped and 21 days have passed, please contact us for the tracking number and we will track the package together.

22. What happens if my package gets lost or damaged in delivery?
All packages are covered against loss or damage so you don't ever have to worry about not getting your medications. If your package is lost or damaged, we will resend them to you.

23. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. We also accept international money orders and cashier's checks. Please make all money orders and cashier's checks payable to (this is our prescription fulfillment company). Personal checks are not accepted.

24. When you charge my credit card, do you bill in US dollars or Canadian dollars?
If you're using Visa or Master Card, we bill your credit card in US dollars.  If you're using American Express, we bill your credit card in Canadian dollars. Due to fluctuations in the exchange rate, the billing amount may vary slightly from the prevailing price at the time of purchase.

25. Do you charge any sales tax?
No, we don't charge sales tax.

26. What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, once a medication has left the drug store, it cannot be returned for any reason. This policy is in accordance with the Manitoba College of Pharmacists - Bylaw 5 (33. subsection 1). This is also in accordance with the Winnipeg College of Pharmacists Standard 5.1 (m) Standards of Practice - The Pharmacist, Jan. 1, 1996.

27. Will you accept my US insurance coverage for payment?
At this time, we do not. However, we will provide you with an official receipt, which you may be able to bring to your insurance company to get reimbursed, depending on your insurance policy.

28. Why do the pills I receive from you look different from the ones I get from my local drug store?
Brand name pills normally look different from generic versions, despite the fact that they include the same active ingredient and work in the exact same way. If you order a generic version of your pill medication from us, do not expect it to look exactly like the brand name version that you're used to. Canada, There are even some brand name pills that look a bit different than they do in the US, even though they contain the same active ingredient and are manufactured by the exact same company. In the case of two different generics of the same drug, they will look different if they are manufactured by two different companies.

29. What are the names of the companies that manufacture generic drugs in Canada?
The manufacturing of generic drugs in Canada is subject to the same strict approval and regulation as brand name drugs, and are used by millions of Canadians on a daily basis. The manufacturers of these generics include large, well-established and respected companies. Major manufacturers include Apotex, GenPharm, NovoPharm, PharmaScience, Taro, RatioPharm and Sabex.

30. What's the difference between an initial prescription order and a refill prescription order?
When placing refill orders, no other information needs to be provided, unless there has been a change in your shipping address, contact information, health, in the strengths or quantities of the medications you're taking, or in your preferred method of payment (in which case, this information needs to be provided). To place your refill order, simply call our friendly customer service at 888-398-3426. Be sure to provide us with your full name, telephone number and the details of the drugs you want us to refill (i.e. name, strength and quantity).

Once your prescription has expired (1 year from the date it was originally written), it will be necessary to provide us with a copy of a new prescription issued by your U.S. doctor in order for us to continue filling your prescription.

31. What happens if my package gets lost?
Due to rare occurrences with both Canada and US postal service, packages can unfortunately get lost. This may be due to an incorrect address or postal issues beyond our control. If your order becomes lost in the mail, we will send you a replacement at no charge. However, you will be held liable for the lost package if it is determined that you have provided us with an incorrect mailing address or if you failed to provide us with a winter/summer address.

32. Why do some US prescriptions require rewriting by my US physician in order to be filled by a mail order Canadian drug store?
Some of your prescriptions may require re-writing in order for us to fill them by the drug store. This is due to the fact that some U.S. prescription drugs are not available in Canada and we can only supply a similar or equivalent Canadian product.
